HOW DOES THE DART PROGRAM WORK WITH A POSTCARD DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN?

With a DART postcard direct mail campaign, we will assign you a local or toll free DART phone number that will directly remote call forward a customer call to your main phone number or any other phone number you choose.  Immediately after a “Thank you for calling, for quality of service your call may be monitored” message is complete, your phone is ringing with the caller on the line.

At the same instance the quality assurance message is completing, DART will have already captured the caller’s name, address, and demographic specifics of their zip code.  DART then starts recording the call.  Upon termination of the call, this data is then transferred into our online DART reporting website where you can log into and view your specific campaign’s reports.
