call to your main phone number or any other phone number you choose. Immediately after a “Thank you
for calling, for quality of service your call may be monitored” message is complete, your phone is ringing with the
caller on the line.
At the same instance the quality assurance message is completing, DART will have already captured
the caller’s name, address, and demographic specifics of their zip code. DART then starts recording
